Who's on the Invite List
When you are having an event for your brand or company, you always wonder who should I invite? Of course, we have an idea who we should invite, but we just want to make sure that we cover all of our bases so that our event brings joy, positivity, and awareness to our guests and the Internet. I’m going to be telling you the three main groups of people you should have at an event that you are promoting your company or brand and why those groups of people are important to have at the event.
The first group there may seem obvious to have but, make sure that you invite all of your employees! This is why it is important to make sure no employee is left out. Although you may be at the top, the little things were taken care of by someone in your company. You may not have seen it but they did and they took care of it. It is very important to make sure every employee feels like they had a feeling of peace in making this night a success. When you go up during the event to give your remarks, and which you always should make sure that you applied every single employee in your company or brand.
The next group of people you want to have is the media. Do you want to invite people who can write a blog, do you want to have Youtubers who can make a video for the whole night to post on their social media, do you want to have the local news there, you wanna have a journalist there. This is important because you want the outside world to see that your business and/or is thriving. You want to show the world and maybe future investors how well your company or brand is put together and how you show your love and appreciation for the community.
The final group of people that you want to have there are your set of influencers. When I say influencers I also mean your customers as well. Of course, you have those brand ambassadors who represent your company who want to come to any event that your company has to post it all over their social media so that their followers can see. It is also really important to invite some of your customers because word-of-mouth works just as effectively. Especially in the older generation because technology is not their thing, communication is.
I really hope this helps you determine who is on your invite list. It’s really important to cover all your bases when throwing an event. Whoever is on that list, I’m sure they are very grateful just as much as you are.
