Ensure that you are informing your clients of any changes in protocol that may be implemented for your reopening. Of course, you want everyone to get excited. Yet, many customers might be hesitant and require the reassurance that businesses are doing everything within their power to provide a safe and clean atmosphere. This could be requiring them to wear masks, gloves, or keeping a safe distance, to name some examples. Making sure clients get this information is key, because you would not want for them to show up ready to walk in and support the business they have been missing all this time, only to find that they are not allowed, because they don’t have a face mask handy.
